The main aim of this blog is to provide an account of my journey with a Linux laptop. I'll cover the challenges of choosing alternative software to replace macOS staples, buying a new Linux laptop, and replacing big-brand products and services with open-source and ethical alternatives. This will include clear guides and how-tos, plus advice of selecting the right software and getting the most from open-source.
Most likely, you'll find other ramblings here. I love music, hiking, photography, writing, and open water swimming. I'm a polymath, and will turn my mind to most things, so, I guess, anything goes!
