The Wait Is Over

At long last, my wait is over, and I have a StarBook MK. VI. Was it worth it? Well, you'll have to wait a little longer for my full review. First Impressions It's light, superfast, and stylish. I ordered Ubuntu 22.04 preinstalled with coreboot, and everything appears to work

I Spoke Too Soon

I'm eagerly awaiting the delivery of my 14" StarBook MK. V laptop from Star Labs. This was pre-ordered on the 21st March 2022, with the knowledge that there would be a few months delay. However, expectations for a July delivery soon passed, with slow progress throughout the summer and autumn.

The Wait Is Nearly Over

In March, this year, I ordered a 14" StarBook MK. V laptop from Star Labs. Delivery has been delayed numerous times, mostly as a consequence of China imposing COVID-19 lockdown. But, at long last, it looks like my new laptop—upgraded to the StarBook MK. VI—lands in the UK
